The other day I was craving taro sago. But I also needed to poop. So I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone by making a taro sago-inspired chia pudding (I felt so smart coming up with that). This is perfect for an on-the-go breakfast, afternoon snack, end-of-day sweet treat, anything.
Instead of sago, we're using chia seeds. (Don't worry, this doesn't change the flavor at all.) And just like taro sago, you can enjoy this either hot or cold — your choice!
