Rice Cooker Chicken Pepper Rice
Beef pepper rice… but without the beef. And it’s made in the rice cooker :)
Ingredients
Sauce:
Instructions
-
In your rice cooker bowl, wash and drain the rice. Add the water. The amount of water is less than usual, as the onion and chicken will release their own moisture while cooking, and we don't want soggy rice!
-
Place the sliced onions, chicken, and corn evenly on top of the rice. Close the lid and press “cook” on the rice cooker.
-
In a small bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients.
-
When the rice cooker is done, add the chopped scallion and butter, and pour on the sauce. Mix everything together. Enjoy!
