Instructions

  1. In your rice cooker bowl, wash and drain the rice. Add the water, and mix in the oyster sauce and dark soy sauce.
    The amount of water is less than usual, as the onion and chicken will release their own moisture while cooking!
  2. Place the chicken, sliced onions, and garlic evenly on top of the rice. Close the lid and press cook.
  3. When the rice cooker is done, add the black pepper and chopped scallion. Mix everything together. Enjoy!
