In a small bowl, combine the garlic, scallion whites, Thai red chili, sesame seeds, sesame oil, chili oil, and soy sauce.

Flip the tofu container upside down over a plate. Cut a small slit into one corner of the container (this will allow the tofu to slide out easily). Make ~8 slices into the tofu.

Pour the sauce over the tofu. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallion greens.
