If I’m eating at a Chinese restaurant, you WILL find me ordering the garlic green beans. They’re garlicky with a satisfying bite and subtle sweetness — UGH, perfect. Only thing is, they’re always *drenched* in oil, and my arteries have limits.

Turns out garlic green beans are incredibly easy to make at home in the air fryer! Same flavor, way less oil, done in about 15 minutes.

Ingredients

This only requires 6 ingredients (well, 8 if you include salt & pep). Free to add more/less garlic, garlic powder, and chili crisp to taste!

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss all the ingredients together.
  2. Place evenly onto to your air fryer basket or baking sheet. Air fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes (or bake at 425°F for around 15 minutes), flipping halfway through.
