Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and arrange the dumplings in a single layer. Add a splash of water (~1 tbsp), then cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

    If using an air fryer: Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
  4. Remove the aluminum foil. Lightly spray the dumplings with oil. Pour the beaten egg into the dish, around the dumplings. Bake (uncovered) for another 10-15 minutes, until the dumplings are golden brown and crispy on top.

    If using an air fryer: Air fry for another 8-10 minutes.
  5. Drizzle on soy sauce, sesame oil, chili crisp, and chopped scallions before serving.
